Fed up with the wrong treatment

I am in dire pain doubled over. I also have crohns disease. My GI has an assistant who seems clueless. Only giving me one antibiotic for my h.pylori. treating me for sibo.. I don't have sibo. I am doubled over day and night. My regular Dr won't help me. Says listen to the specialist. ER won't help me.. Friday I called the GI and they wanted me to speak with the assistant cuz the Dr wasn't in.. nooooo. So again. I wait. Sick as a dog. Cant eat.. unintended weight loss. Abdominal pain.. it's like no .one cares.. been this way for months.. agony
