Is it possible to psych yourself out and make your body feel symptoms after eradication confirmation? I feel so awful but my mom is convinced that it's my anxiety.

What are your symptoms? I feel as if there is a constant brick in my stomach. Lots of nausea. Still losing weight as I can't eat much. Does this eventually get better? Is this common?

I need to add that I did not continue PPIs after treatment. Just let my stomach try and heal itself. Could this slow down the healing process because of stomach acid? HELICO EXPERT PLEASE GIVE ME YOUR INSIGHT IM DESPERATE!

Sorry for the slow response. Have been very actively travelling and giving talks.
If H. pylori is truly absent, then your stomach will recover very quickly with or without PPI.
Being worried is the last thing you need, because it will not improve your recovery. Instead, very likely it'll slow down your recovery.
