H pylori for even after 3rd time eradication with no Symptom

Hello,
I am 28. I was diagnosed with h pylori in 2012 in Pakistan with a stool test. Later on doctor cured with basic medication (1 week) and I just performed the UBT which was OK (partially positive). Later on in dec 2014 I went to a Gastro Doctor in Malaysia for lower right abdomin pain (just a mild pain) and he asked me for UBT due to my previous history. There the result was DPM = 1521.
He gave me eradication medicine for 2 weeks and after 1 month of medicine the Breath Test Results dropped down to 130 DPM. Doctor asked me to repeat the test after 6 months. I have just got the results which are 1080 DPM. I will have an appointment with doctor on this Friday.
I have no symptoms and no pain and no issues related to diet. Why these results goes high after treatment? I am curious about it, may be this no will rise with time.
