H pylori and weight loss. Desperate for help

Hi,
Ive been tested positive for h pylori. I had some mild symptoms for 1 months and ive lost a lot weight since then.
Sometimes i dont have much appetite but i forced my self to eat so the intake didnt change.
My other symptoms are :
Acid stomach, freq urination, mushy stool sometimes with undigested food, occastionally bloating.
My q is can h pylori cause weight loss even u eat normally?
Im getting so anxious and nervous.
