Hey guys,

I've been on the Prevpac for 8 days now and have had no improvement at all. I've actually had a slight dizzines, I think due to the Clarithromycin. I've taken Amoxicillin many, many times so I don't believe that's it.

My question is, can I stop the Prevpac and switch to the tetracycline and Flagyl?

I think you should wait for 4 weeks, check if your H. pylori is still around, then decide if you should take another treatment. Blind treatment will only do more harm than good.
