Is Sequential therapy Worthy ？

I will take amox 1g+ppi tid for 7days and next 7 day
metronidazole 400mg+tetracycline 500mg+ ppi tid
Is Sequential therapy Worthy ？
if this failed，i will lost the chance to use metronidazole 400mg+tetracycline 500mg
again.
I heard that only use ppi+amox for 14 days can also have 50% success rate.
if this failed ，i will use metronidazole 400mg+tetracycline 500mg+ppi+ bi
next time.
how should i choose?
Now my 13c test dob=12.3
2009, I 'v taken lansoprazole 30mgbd ,clarithromycin 500 mg bd/amoxicillin 500 mg bd,7days
but that's not work for me.
