H. Pylori without the Pain

Hello all, I am here just looking for answers surrounding my mother's H. pylori and her symptoms.
She was diagnosed to have h. pylori through a stool sample and was placed on the triple medication method. After she was finished she still has had the symptoms of losing her appetite, feels full after eating very little, she has lost over 30 lbs and is at an estimated 110 lbs (she won't disclose her weight still). She feels fatigue without doing much and is on a random sleeping pattern. While she was on the medications she went through 2 episodes on separate days that she had pain. Prior to the meds and after the meds she has not had any pain anywhere at all.
She has not had any tests confirming the eradication o H. pylori.
She had blood work to see if she has hepatitis a, b, or c which all came out negative.
She is now lined up to have an endoscopy of her stomach.
I am here possibly due to me being concerned for my mother's health and also would love to just see her bounce back from this and have my mom back. I have tried to find out information but the recovery dates can range and have not seen anything that excludes having pain involved.
How long might it take for her (she's in her 60s) to obtain her appetite back to normal?
Should I be worried about other things that might be the reason for her weight loss and fatigue?
