Antibiotic dosage. Is this ok?

Hi I took along to the doctors the form suggesting different drug therapies for h pylori. He gave me:-

Lanzoprazole 1x 30mg 2 times per day for 14 days
De Nol 2x 120mg 4 times per day for 14 days
Amoxcillin 1x 1000mg 2 times per day for 14 days
Tetracycline 2x 250mg 4 times per day for 14 days

Do you think this is enough. My only concern is the Amoxcillin. On your in house treatment sheet its says 1x 1000mg 3 times a day rather than two. I'm worried about being under on dosage. Will the fact that I have 14 days rather than 10 make up for this? Could an expert get back to me on this asap?
Thanks so much
Rob

Amoxicillin is a very well studied medication and I believe it should be safe enough to give 3g/day dose. However, your doctor knows you better. Ask him if he is comfortable giving you 3mg dose per day.

but is it needed at 3g per day? Ive also heard that you cant take amox and tetra together as tetra makes amox ineffective?
