What natural remedies can I use?

To go along with the antibiotic regimen, what are some products to facilitate eradication?
I was thinking a biofilm enzyme like Candex would be good before the antibiotics.
Probiotics at the end of each day?
Cranberry juice, garlic, coconut oil with my meals?
Would these things be helpful or hurtful?
I am quite scared about triple therapy. I've always been a proponent of holistic medicine but my health is deteriorating due to this bacteria. I want to do everything I can to make my treatment effective.

the truth is, the more you worry about, the more likely you'll experience the side effect. So, I would recommend you to distract yourself from thinking about it and always be positive.
There is no guideline to what you should take before or after the treatment. I am not familiar with Candex. But a quick search in google showed that it's to digest Candida's biofilm. So my guess is that it's not going to be useful for Helicobacter treatment.
probiotics is subjective. some people claim that it helps and some people dont. Nevertheless, there is no harm trying.
other natural product, i am not too sure about the drug-drug interaction. especially cranberry juice and coconut oil. So, i would avoid them until i finish the antibiotic treatment.

Doesn't h.pylori hide in biofilms? How are antibiotics supposed to mop that up? I feel like recurrence happens because these hard to reach biofilms repopulate after treatment is over.

yes, Helicobacter pylori do form biofilms. But I dont think the biofilms protects the bacteria very well against antibiotics. The success rate of antibiotic treatments are very high. Only 10-20% people have no success in the treatment. It is known that the antibiotic resistant is the reason for reoccurance. For example, you only need one single DNA base mutation to become resistant to clarithromycin.

What are your thoughts on vitamin c during triple therapy? Wouldn't it make the stomach more acidic and thus more difficult for the antibiotics to do their job? I've read studies though that vitamin c boosts eradication with triple therapy.

It's not that simple for Vit C to increase your stomach acidity. The stomach have the mucus to buffer the pH. In addition, the antibiotics will be absorbed in your blood stream and attack the bacteria from behind. So go ahead and take appropriate dose of your Vit C. Alternatively, just eat some fruits.

Thank you very much for your help.
Tomorrow I start the treatment. I would be shocked if this bacteria survives given the arsenal I'm going to throw at it.
