helpless feeling. medication not working ?

hello everyone this forum is so helpful, glad to have found it !
i was diagnosed with h.pylori about a month ago. im going to put bullet points to make this quick!
- had gnawing burning pain after a night out at the bar.. i did a good amount of mdma and drank some alcohol that night and didnt eat all day.so i didnt eat the day of the bar or the day after. probably a mixture of mdmas effect on suprewsing hunger as well as the burning gnawing indigestion i was feeling from.h.pylori.
-multiple ER visits followed with doctors running blood panels each time telling me im fine. this was frustrating seeing the pain wasnt going away.
- finally i did my own research with tons of scary info i was finding. is it gastric cancer? is it ulcers? am i gonna die? im young and terrified. not to mention my parents were telling my im fine and its just a stomach ache from doing those drugs and that i needed to detox.
- after researching h.pylori and seeing another dr who was familiar with it, i was tested by blood and yup...h.pylori.
- i was diagnosed new years eve and treatment started on the first of the year with a quadruple therapy containing:
bismuth (2 tabs 4 times a day)
zantac ( 2 a day)
prilosec (2 a day 20mg)
doxycycline ( 2 a day )
flagyl ( 3 a day )
the doc said it had the most research in her infectious disease manual.
-this whole last month i have changed my diet to more veggies and fruits. a bland diet such as eggs etc. however sometimes id add a hamburger or whatever in so i can get my calories in.
- ive lost 25 pounds..went from 165 to 140 in a little over a month. mind you before this i was having a diet of mostly pizza, fried foods, fast food, and lots of sugar...so i attributed some weight loss to a healthy change in my diet and to the fact my stomach was getting full very quickly and i could only eat small portions. weird because i usually could really put down food especially if it was something i enjoyed.
- today is day 7 of meds. the stomach pains went away at first but it seems they came back on day 5 or so which makes me wonder.... i did throw up my medication twice from nausea but have been pretty religious otherwisw with the antibiotics. the only thing i havent kept up with as told is taking the bismuth 4 times a day. .i heard it interacts with the antibiotics.
- did i screw up my first line treatment? should i continue to day 14?

to top it all off about a week before reciving my diagnosis and meds i came down with viral pharyngitis which has been making me rediculously fatigued with heavy eyes and just a weird dizziness almost. its been 15 days with the throat infection which seemed to turn into flu like symptoms a few days ago which are now seeming to clear up. this plus the h.pylori sucks...
im pretty scared about my weight and im just trying to eat but its hard. im scared. i have bad anxiety which has been making things worse. i cry daily in fear for my life.
