Can anyone provide a diagnosis?

Hello,
About 10-7 days ago I noticed I had very pale/ clay coloured stool. Thought nothing of it. Later I had extremely loose and almost all liquid stool to point of being close to dihorrea but now brown colour.
Now for the second day I've had VERY green coloured stool and getting pains in my stomach mainly but not exclusive to the waistline.
If I remember science from school isn't the liver the organ related to colour of stool and bile causing the very green stool.
Does anyone have a possible diagnosis.
I haven't eaten lots (maybe none) green or leaf foods.
I exercise.
Don't drink enough water to be honest.
Thank you in advance
