is it better to take the prevacid 1/2 hr. before the antibiotics to prepare the lowering of stomach acid so the antibiotics work more efficiently?

is cranberry juice good to take before or after the antibiotic dose?

Does aloe vera have a positive effect on the treatment of HP. Should it be taken with the antibiotics?

Can you continue physical exercise when taking the drugs?

thanks in advance for the answers.

Unfortunately there is no study on all the questions you have asked. However, based on experience and understanding of H. pylori,

1. you can take prevacid anytime before or after the antibiotics. However I would still recommend you to take it together to avoid forgetting, which is worse.

2. I dont think cranberry juice will interact with antibiotics. So you can drink it anytime.

3. I have not tested aloe vera myself. But I wont be surprise to see it killing H. pylori in the laboratory. Similarly, manuka honey, mastic gum, garlic, broccoli, chili and etc all kill H. pylori in the lab. But in the stomach, because the H. pylori is hiding deep in and between cells, these ingredients are not able to access to the bacteria. Only antibiotics, that get absorbed in the blood and then into the cells can kill H. pylori.

4. Yes, you can continue physical exercise while you are having the antibiotics.
