When to take omeprazole?

I was prescribed levofloxacin 250 mg (1 pill twice a day), 500 mg amoxicillin (2 pills twice a day), and 40 mg omeprazole once daily. I was wondering if I should take the omeprazole 1 hr before breakfast like usual and have the amox and levo after breakfast and after dinner or take the omeprazole after breakfast when I have the amox and levo? Does it matter one way pr the other? This is my third treatment after amoxicillin, carithromycin, and omeprazole treatment failed to eradicate the h-pylori and I was unable to finish pylera due to bad side effects. Thanks .

There is no special guideline how to take omeprazole. It can be taken before or after meal. let's hope this treatment will get rid of your nasty H. pylori.
