Hi. I'm 28 and I had almost everyday stomach pain and gasses.

So blood test showed I had HP and took 14 days triple therapy with Ulcratex HP


a fecal test after 2 weeks finished treatment was Negative and my pain dissapeared.

I fart easly, get bloated, if I don't eat i start to feeling a burning sensation (in my stomach) with strange noises like popping (like it were internal gasses)
the noises aren't "hunger sounds".

7 months has passed since erradication

When I was diagnosed I did blood test, echotomography, many examns docs says everything OK that it's just mental.

wich affects me more is the bloating and fartting things, when my stomach goes bad I have diahrrea too

I dont drink Coke anymore since HP was detected.
I do smoke like 5 cigarrettes at days
but I always smoked never had this Crampling/poping noises in my stomach wich actually they convert into gasses (Farts)

Help me please!

The good news is, H. pylori has been eradicated. and you sounded like you had little to no side effect by completing the triple therapy. That's great!

in terms of your gas problem, it could be because of the microflora in your guts. You might want to talk to a nutritionist or gastroenterologist about changing your diet to change your microbiom. Just a suggestion.

I'll go to a nutritionist, I feel so good when I take probiotics (Lactil) lactobacillus rhamnosus is made in my country.
But's a bit expensive
