Eradicated 6 Weeks ago, still symptoms

Hey, it's been about 6-7 months of symptoms. I have been incredibly stressed during this whole process and I can be an anxious person, especially over my stomach.
H. P. was eradicated on my first round of antibiotics about 6 weeks ago and I'm still having symptoms: gas, bloating, abdominal pain (sometimes upper burning, sometimes below belly button), sometimes nausea, and the biggest concern consistently light brown or medium brown stools that seem to be smooth, sometimes loose, with undigested food or fats in them.
I'm on day 6 of Prilosec and that has been helping a lot but yesterday and today seem to be worse.
Upper Endoscopy came back perfect showing only slight inflammation in esophagus. Dr. thinks might be IBS, Inflammatory Bowel Disease, or Inflammed Colon. Looked them up and the last two don't seem like what I have at all. I may get a Colonoscopy.
I'm thinking this is either Irritable Bowel Syndrome or my body still messed up over the H. Pylori. Either one, I strongly believe this will eventually go away.
Thoughts?
