according to this ...
To survive in the acidic environment of the stomach, the bacterium secretes an enzyme called urease,
which converts urea into ammonia. Thus, stomach acid is neutralized and becomes benign environment for H. pylori.

because omeprazole is prescribed and is more because antibiotics also ....
would not be better to raise the acidity, omeprazole, we are facilitating the bacteria

by the way, I did a home test (BLOOD) and this TIME LEFT POSITIVE
I have been told that false positives do not exist .. well at least I know what I have
well I already knew I was not necessary any test

H. pylori is very smart. When it is acidic, it turns on the urease and make ammonia to neutralize the acid. When there is no acid, it turns off the urease to stop making ammonia. The optimum growing pH is still 7, which is just under the mucous layer where there is no acid. Then is taking PPI make the environment better for H. pylori? well, PPI also make the environment better for ALL guts bacteria. Before PPI, only H. pylori lives in the stomach. With PPI, ALL bacteria lives in the stomach. H. pylori has to compete nutrient many bacteria. So, I dont think PPI is facilitating H. pylori.

In terms of Blood test, yes, because of its high sensitivity and specificity, a positive result can sometimes be false positive. A negative result is normally more accurate than a positive result. In your case, have you taken any antibiotics for getting rid of your H. pylori?
