according urease test, with negative H.pylori .......
1 week but I've been taking 1 product that enhance the effects of bacteria and yesterday my symptoms were mild and no symptoms today, after 9 months with symptoms, nothing today
if I have no bacteria ..... as I improve?

Only antibiotics will be able to eradicate the bacteria. If you have taken something that redoces the load of bacteria, this might explain a false negative urease test.
