I've been antibiotic treatment for 14 days. My original h pylori pain was a gnawing pain on my right side just under my ribs, acid reflux , heart burn and bloating. Now as a side effect of the meds I have diarreah everyday.

How do I get rid of the gnawing, sometimes burning pain on the side?

Side effects of antibiotics normally settle quickly after stopping antibiotics.

Be patient and wait for 3-4 weeks, get a confirmation of the H. pylori eradication. If it's H. pylori negative, then you just need to wait for its recovery.
