about C14 ubt effect

Hi sir,
I just take the C14 ubt PYtest
so worry
I have follow questions:
1. after tak the C14 capsule of 37 kpq， how much c14 of it will remain in my body? for how long?
2. is it will be absorbed or combine be part of body?
3. does after several biological half-life, the C14 in whole body (after take the C14 capsule of 37 kpq) will be same to the person do not take? (the concentration of C14 inside body will be same as before which do not take the C14 capsule?)
4. Or the C14 inside body will increase after taking the C14 capsule of 37 kpq, and will not drop down to normal concentration?
And how long is it exactly the biological half-life of C14 capsule of 37 kpq, as I search online, there is say 6 hous, 48 hous, 10~12days, 40days, which one is right?
Biological Half-Life: 10 days (Whole Body)
Effective Half-Life: 10 days (Bound / Whole Body)
Effective Half-Life: 40 days (Unbound / Bone)
5. is it said the our body contain certain concentration of C14, will the ingest of C14 capsule, will the concentration of C14 in our body increase? and will it be drop to normal stander same as not ingest before? and how many biological half-life after will drop to normal as person do not ingest? or the concentration of C14 in body will not decrease?
6. I learn from material that c14 ubt radiation effect is same to one hour plane travel or natural exposure 22 hours, but one hour plane travel or natural exposure radiation effect is from outside body, and c14 ubt radiation is from inside body, could the effect be equal? as C14 is β ray and travel or natural exposure 22 hours is many kinds of ray.
