best drug combination for success

hi
ive had 2 treatments before for hp and both have failed. I just want to know what the experts recommend for third treatment and one that is most likely to work. I cannot do sensitivity test so just want to know the best recommended combination.
1stt 1 had amox. clarith and ppi
2nd I had tetra, metron, and ppi
next I want to ask for bismuth plus the other tablets but which ones? Also can you say the correct dosage for bismuth and these tablets?
