3 Therapies Had Taken ...and H.Pylori is Negative..

I Blood tested for H.Pylori in May 2013 and it was Positive...than i had 3 Triple Therapies...and i was not cured and had ...Acid Reflux...Abdomen Discomfort and Fullness after meal...and Frequent Burphing.....But recently i had an Urea Breath Test...and it shows Negative...now after meal i am comfort...no Acid reflux...But i have excessive Burphing and when i sit in a Place for too long i have stomach twitching on the right and left side sometimes....i really cant understand what is the problem...worried a lot

and i am Just 26 years old

and i am 177 tall and weight 94 and i dont knw why i am gaining weight frequently

you had 3x triple therapy! same antibiotics? I assume you did stop PPI for at least a month before the breath test. If symptoms persist, maybe you should see a specialist for endoscopy to see if there is any other underlying problem.

yes i stoped ppi before 1 month and had take breath test recently ....all the symptoms are Gone and now i am Just having excessive Belching thats it....

what could be the cause ?

I am 177 height and 95Kgs am i over weighted ? ....maybe this is the cause of Burphing ? ? ? should i reduce my weight ? ? Doctor can u explain me if u dont mind ? ?

Before I go any further, I have to make you aware that I am not a medical doctor. I am a microbiologist (PhD) specialize in Helicobacter pylori. So please only use my advise as reference and always discuss with your family doctor.
I am not expert in body weight, but according to BMI, you have a BMI of 30, which suggest over weight. Although I do not know if over weight is associate with burping, I do know over weight is associate with many other health issue.
I do not know what is the best way to reduce weight, but I am sure exercise is always good for you.
