So, it's been almost two weeks since I finished my triple therapy and I am still experiencing intermittent nausea and a "bubble-like" or "stitch" feeling in my left side, just under the ribcage. My doctor believes that it is still the aftermath of the triple therapy as well as IBS. She is sending me for an ultrasound in a couple of days (I think more to satisfy my unease).

Can anyone identify with the unwell feeling after the triple therapy? How long can it last? Does anyone have similar symptoms?

I will go for a follow-up breath test in a couple of weeks but in the meantime, I feel worried that there is something happening in my gut. I just hope that my therapy was successful and I hope this awful feeling goes away.

Hello, Please don't worry too much. It will take some time for your stomach to recover after eradication. Sometime several months. All the good bacteria living in your body have been wiped out by the antibiotics. A healthy diet and probiotic can help.
However, please make sure the bacteria has been eradicated by doing breath test in 2 or 3 weeks as you said.

So, it is quite normal to feel nauseous and unwell after the antibiotics? I feel amazing while on them and now, not so good!!

Yes, it is normal. You will have to be patience.
