It seems like I am hungry after just 3 hours of eating. I had this before treatment but my stomach then would growl with hunger pains 24/7. I had no appetite then. Now I do but it just seems I can't get enough to eat. I hope the antibiotics aren't failing.

the only way to find out is by urea breath test one month after your treatment. try observe your appetite for another few weeks. I think it'll gradually come back to normal.
