I have h pylori in addition to some very tricky digestive problems. I am trying to remove the bacteria however am running into some issues due to my digestive issues. Please could somebody answer my questions and give me some advice.

As part of my digestive issues, I am very sensitive to pretty much everything you can think of including grains, vegetables, nuts, seeds, dairy, fruits, etc except for fat and protein.

1. Ideally the best thing for me due to my digestive problems is a TEMPORARY ketogenic diet(fat and protein only), until I clear the h pylori infection. However I heard from an online doctor that ketogenic diets feed the bacteria. Is this true and how so?

2. I also have a problem digesting fats and have heard that undigested fat in the colon feeds the bacteria, is true and how?

3. In the case where I was digesting the fat, would this be ok or does a high fat diet still feed the bacteria?

4. If one is taking h pylori treatment, you shouldn't have fried foods as it will feed the irritate the gastritis, however would fried foods prevent the bacteria from going? i.e. would the treatment at least remove the bacteria even though the fired foods would not move the gastritis?

when you restrict your diet to only a particular food, you will definitely swift your microflora in your guts. To the good or to the bad, I dont know. Properly very hard to tell. I am not sure if truly fried good would contribute anything to your gastritis. There are so many infected patients in the world that did not restrict their intake of fried food. Nevertheless, it is those who ingest high amount of salt that has more association to gastric cancer.

The standard triple therapy has a cure rate of 80%. However, if you are in Europe, the cure rate would be lower than 70%. I would recommend you to focus on eradicating the bacteria. Then again, my recommendation is bias because it is my expertise to advise on bacteria related issue.

I am sorry that I am not able to answer any of your diet related question.
