Which Test provides more Authentic/accurate results for H.Pylori
1 H.Pylori Antigen
2 H.Pylori Stool
3 Biopsy
4 Urea Breath Test
Which one is more reliable Biopsy or Urea Breath test ?

i assume you meant
1. blood test.
2. stool test
3. endoscopy, biopsy, CLOtest
4. urea breath test
if done correctly, they are all over 90% accuracy.
however, the disadvantage or weakness are as following:
1. only tell you history, cannot be used to tell your current infection status
2. will get false negative result if taking PPI or antibiotics
3. expensive
4. will get false negative result if taking PPI or antibiotics
