I had h.pilory in the summer of this year and had the triple therapy and symptoms disappeared however had the stomach bug a month ago and all symptoms have returned however got a negative result back a stool test, going back to doctors as omeorazole has not worked do you think the stool test could of been false or any other idea ?

Try to do a breath test if you can

stool test is relatively accurate. However, the result can be masked by PPI (eg. omeprazole) or antibiotics or any acid reducing agents that may be taking. Since you are on PPI again, maybe keep taking for a little while, then stop two weeks and repeat the stool or breath test. Is breath test available in your country? nothing wrong with stool test, but I find breath test easier.

Thanks for your reply my doctors said to me that they would not to do a test since they thought it was very unlikely to come back they gave me another triple therapy and said of it didn't go I had to go back and they'd arrange an endoscopy at my wits end now also it'a not as bad when I wake up compared to my last time I had it 24/7

your doctor is right. it's not easy to catch H pylori again. However, if it is resistance to triple therapy, then no matter how many courses of triple therapy you take, it's not going to work.

if you do go for endoscopy, perhaps you can request for antibiotic sensitivity test. That will show what antibiotics the bug is resistance to.
