What happened? Am I cured?

Ok so I am quite confused. I am 22 years old, female, and have had h pylori without realizing it for 2 years. I did the 2 week quadruple therapy, which consisted of bismuth subsalicylate 525 mg 4x a day, 500mg metronidazole 4x a day, tetracycline 500mg 4x a day, omeprazole 20mg 2x a day. My symptoms are depressed thyroid function, adrenal fatigue, tons of food intolerances, horrible breath. I did the 2 week therapy. It has now been 2 weeks since I have finished the antibiotics treatment.

Now here is what I need help with. The first two days I could feel my brain fog finally disappearing, and I started to feel better. My thyroid function was definitely improving because my upper arm weakness was disappearing. However, this only seemed to last for about 2 days. It was like I was getting better, better, and then it all went downhill. I started feeling super nauseous, foggy, etc. My doctor told me to finish the treatment though since she said that antibiotics can cause these side effects, so I did. Now, I have gastritis symptoms. My stomach has this weird fullness feeling that I have never had before. I feel foggy still and I don't know why! Did my h pylori get eradicated? Or, did the treatment only work the first 2 days and then my h pylori develop a resistance to the antibiotics so fast that they just became ineffective? I dont know what to do anymore! I'm so lost and confused and I just want to feel normal again :( My bad breath is gone, my upper arm weakness that I always had before treatment is for the most part gone, but I still have food sensitivities, brain fog, etc. Someone help please!!!

The simplest way is to get a breath/stool test to find out if you are infected. You should be able to arrange with your GP for that.
