Hey everyone! I am now on day 14 of my treatment, and I can't even believe I made it out alive. Anyway, everyday since I started I have been soaking my clear retainer (after getting braces off years ago) in 91% isopropyl alcohol solution for 15 minutes and then in efferdent solution for 30 minutes. Is there any better way to disinfect my retainer to remove any possibility of H pylori from it? Thank you.

I think you are doing a very good job in disinfecting your retainer. There is no need to over do the cleaning. By the way, out of curiosity, why 91% isopropanol? perhaps you should do it in 70%.
