do you know what antibiotics have you had?
the standard triple therapy (amoxicillin, Clarithromycin/metronidazole and PPI) usually have a cure rate of 80%.
if you had tried that, perhaps you should discuss with your doctor about other treatment, eg. bismuth-based, levofloxacin-based, rifabutin-based, or even tetracyclin based therapy.

Dear Sir,
Thank you for your positive reply. Yes i have taken these basic type of treatment i.e. HP kit that too i have taken it thrice for 14 days treatment every time. I have query that may be i am smoking and eating non-veg that's why it is not curing. the therapy you have advised will reduce my problem or will it finish up my problem. it has Psychologically fixed in my mind that this bacteria will never go from my stomach. Sir can suggest some good doctor or colleague of yours in India so that i can approach and take proper treatment.

lots of fruits will help your recovery. I dont think there is any correlation between smoking and treatment. Nevertheless, it is well known that smoking is generally bad for health, so I would recommend you to take this chance to quit.
in regards to H. pylori eradication, it is very rare that H. pylori cannot be completely removed. I suggest you go for specialist and get endoscopy done. That will tell you if you have ulcer or other more severe damage. Also ask for biopsy testing, eg. antibiotic sensitivity test, then your doctor will know exactly what antibiotic to prescribe to effectively remove H. pylori.
