Personally, I take Actimel by Danone twice a day. The bacteria in this is Lactobacillus casei. I feel it has helped restore a little bit of balance after finishing HP treatment. I think it's available across Europe, so I'm sure you have access to it in Poland.

However, I've read consumer reports that suggest it's not just the bacteria, but also the concentration in the product - forget the millions, you have to be getting billions in each serving to make sure some get through to where it is useful. Actimel is comparatively high I believe, at 10 billion per drink. Actimel has also been subject to some UK testing after antibiotic treatment in hospital and has generally helped to restore gut health and is now recommended as best practice.

There are also multi-probiotics that are often available in health food shops - they give lots of different probiotic bactieria in one go, but can be a bit expensive. As you have to get the good bacteria back in there somehow, these sound like a good idea to me, and I might try a short dose of these myself.
