I have innerhealth plus sitting in the fridge,

I'm wondering, can I take the pro-biotic while taking my antibiotics?

Also, can I take pro-biotics before I take my next breath test? I know I need to wait a month after taking my anti-biotics, but can I continue using pro-biotics?

Hi, I am not familiar with innerhealth plus. But, I did a search and found that innerhealth is made up of Lactobacillus plantarum. it does carry the enzyme urease that will break down urea. Hence, I wont recommend it before urea breath test. it'll give you false positive.
