Breath Test in Tasmania?

I just got back from my doctor who filled out a request for a Urea Breath Test to see if h.pylori has been eradicated..
I phoned up Hobart Pathology who advised me that they didn't do Urea Breath Tests and that I would need to go through the Royal Hobart Hospital. I then phoned up the Royal and have been advised that they do not do the tests either and that unless Hobart Pathology does them (which they don't) then I am out of luck in Tasmania.
Does anyone know if I have been advised correctly?
Are there any other options as both my doctor and I suspect that the infection is still present.
I am on the waiting list for an endoscope. Do I have to wait until I have this which could be ages away?
Thanks,
cartz.
