I had a UBT test On may 30 this year. And the result showed that my H. Pylori is gone. I did the test 30 days after I stopped all drugs and I think that is the correct way. Now 4 months passed and I still feel Uncomfortable. Main symptoms are flatulence and pain. Should I have a UBT test again? Does H.pylori revive after eradicated? Should I worry about H.pylori once again? By the way, I eat very carefully and keep clean everyday. Thank you!

you did the right thing stopping PPI and antibiotics for 30 days before the UBT. it does takes a while to recover. some people said it took a year to get back to normal. nevertheless, i dont see any harm to get a followup breath test and endoscopy and check if the inflammation has gone down.
