Nailed it the first try

My breath test came back showing no more helicobactur pylori in me! I'm grateful to the site for giving me courage to take a prev-pak of antibiotics for 12 days. Yuck, but yay! When 5 PM comes around I almost don't know what to do with myself, not being doubled over daily in pain as I had been before. And I have to set aside my paranoid, defensive reasons for not doing things with other people. I'd been a truly unhappy camper...
Because all antibiotics used to be my enemy, I planned the 12-day treatment around taking it easy and doing things at half speed in order to make it through. The Pepsadil helped, and I always took a 2 hour nap in the afternoon, reclined on a couch. Am mentioning this because maybe taking it easy, "surrendering" and letting the battle commence, helped things along in terminating those bacturds. At first it felt like I had an angry, baby alligator curled up in and and trashing my stomach. But that morphed into a smooth salamander sort of bumping around, and now-- nobody's home! Thanks Australia!!

Congratulation! you are one of those lucky one. I am glad you had it removed. just a reminder, it'll take 1-2 months for your stomach to fully recover. I also suggest you do a follow up breath test after 2 months. that will confirm the eradication of H. pylori.

I'm so happy for you! :D

Did the prevpak consist of clarithromycin and amoxillin?
