Read an article about Pylera(combo quadruple). How effective is it and is it widely available?

Pylera is not common in Australia. But drug composition is very effective against H. pylori in Australia. Then again, the effectiveness of it really depends on where you come from or, to be more precise, how much antibiotic have you had in the past. For example, for country that has no control of antibiotics, will have high resistant to most of the antibiotic. so Pylera will most likely fail. In country that has good control of antibiotic, Pylera should have high cure rate.
