I am mild lactose intolerance, and i am fine with almost any food except for dairy product, such as creamy cake, butter, yogurt, etc.

Lactose intolerance mans that you cannot digest foods with lactose in them. It is when you after eating foods with lactose in them, you may feel sick to your stomach.

yea, most likely i am lacking the enzyme lactase to break down the ingested lactose. the overload lactose pass through the digestive system and get utilised by some bad bacteria that produce certain toxin that irritate the bowel. I think generally, that's how it works.
