Would antacids work well in conjunction with Omeperazole? Does anyone think Omeperazole is the best PPI out there or does something work better?

The best PPI i think is Rabeprazol. Very short time activation and much longer half life and reducing acid.

can you take antacids with Prilosec (Omeperazole)
