I finished treatment yesterday, I was on the quadruple therapy, and now I have this strong feeling of acid in my throat which I really hadn't experienced before. Do you know why this feeling might happen? Can I increase my prilosec to two a day to reduce the acid?

you probably can talk to your GP for more PPI for another week or more. hopefully your stomach will come back to normal as soon as possible.
