Treatment done, but nurse practioner won't follow up

I just finished my treatment last Friday. I was taking 2,000 mg of amoxicillin, 1,000 mg of biaxin, and 60 mg of prevacid. I took the treatment for 14 days. When I saw the nurse practioner, she stated that if we are to do the blood test again, it will show positive. So how do i know if i got rid of this bacteria. It is 2/22 8:41 ET; about an 1hr ago, i just finish having dinner, and i feel the same discomfort when i first got sick (belly ache and nauseous). So does that mean that the treatment did not work? What do I do???
