good to hear that your stomach condition improved. sorry to hear that your symptom persists. Most importantly, H. pylori is now gone and your stomach is improving. Have you discuss with your doctor about your next visit for endoscopy? maybe one or two years later?

You can try
rabeprazole 20mg 3x a day
amoxicillin 1g 3x a day
If you had already tried clarithromycin, then dont try this anymore.
have you had metronidazole before? if not, then use metronidazole instead. Otherwise, you can try ciprofloxacin
if possible, you can also ask your doctor to prescribe you bismuth 240mg 4x a day. that will boost your cure rate.

Can somebody please help me.
I have been tested for H. Apylori and the test came back maybe. I have been struggling to swallow, have bad heartburn and stomach pain plus a very sore jaw and a bad taste in my mouth. I also have dry eye and tint is and was wondering whether this was related. To this horrible infection. My doctor has decided to start treatment for this infection.
I’m on 3 medications Clarithromycin,Amoxyclin and Esomepraxole. I have been on the medication for 3 days and my symptoms have worsened.
Can somebody please please tell me how long does it take for the medication to take effect.

hmmm... how much esomeprazole dose are you taking? you may want to ask your doctor about increasing the dose.
unfortunately everyone react differently. Some people feel great immediately during and after the treatment. Some people will remain symptomatic for weeks, months or even years.
The younger you get rid of H. pylori, the easier you get back to normal.
