if you had done all the possible tests (CT scan, endoscopy, colonoscopy, ultrasound, blood tests) and showed that you are healthy, then I think you are not in the danger zone.
I had bloodwork 3 times and all of it was nearly perfect. After I threw up my eosinophils showed Barely out of range, so low that my doctor said it was negligible and could be attributed to a number of things but to pay no attention to it. Then had a ct scan, everything was perfect. Endo consult in two weeks although my primary care phys thinks it’s 100 unnecessary. I think with the proper foods in order, very small meals for a change, I could get out of the woods within a month or two. But anxiety constantly drives home that I’m dying or something. Hate to admit that but anxiety is a bitch and has probably played a large role in this fiasco. I’m sure you see that often.

There is nothing to avoid while cooking meat or fish.
