After my treatment and negative results in breath test, the doctor also performed calprotecti test and the results was 360. He advised me to take probiotics and test again after a month. This time the result for calprotectin is more then 1000. I have scheduled for colonoscopy next week. But i dont have any symptons of pain or diarrhea.

Will h pylori casue inflammation in the intestines or PPI's as im still taking ppi

Hi, to be honest, it's something we did not measure. So I am not very experienced on calprotectin.

Nevertheless, once H. pylori is eradicated, the inflammation will gradually go away. Follow your doctor's advise, take the probiotics, wait for a month. repeat the test (if possible, repeat the breath test too).
