Doctor/biopsy came back and said H Pylori gastritis. Some erosion in esophagus from reflux (low grade). No cancer/precancerous changes.

So I've started Pylera treatment as I am allergic to penicillin.

Sorry to bring up the old thread. How did you manage to cope with this situation in the end?
