all the tests (except blood test) rely on the bacteria load. The more H. pylori, the more accurate the test will be. So you shouldnt take anything that may kill H. pylori. including mastic gum, honey that contain anti-bacteria ingredient, or PPI.
Nevertheless, you cannot do blood test to check if you still have H. pylori. Because you had been infected with H. pylori before, your blood test will always be positive. Even if you dont have H. pylori now, your blood test will still show positive result. It's how your body remembers the pathogen and protects you from future infection.
So.. if you want accurate breath/stool test, stop taking any medication for one more week, then proceed with the breath/stool test.
