delta of 6 is quite a strong positive.
so why do you think bismuth made it worse?
bismuth is a very effective treatment for H. pylori.
not only H. pylori cannot become resistant to bismuth, bismuth can also prevent complication from c. difficile, a pathogen that commonly cause serious diarrhea during heavy antibiotic treatment.

nevertheless, I think your treatment is quite mild. have your doctor discuss with you about your next treatment?

I think bismuth added to my therapy made it undetreatble, because it combined two lines and because in the second line metronidazol + tetracilcline, bismuth seems to be a surprise element.

I have an appointment for endoscopy with biopsy and culture. Hopefully they can find something to work.
I entered HelicoPTER clinical study in Munchen.

So you have tried
bismuth
clarithromycin
metronidazole
tetracycline
amoxicillin

let's wait for the antibiotic sensitivity report.
you can definitely use bismuth and amoxicillin again.
try ask your doctor for rabeprazole 20 mg TID in the next trial.
or PCAB 20mg BID, if your doctor has access to.
