I had tried omprezole and esomeprazole but don’t see much difference.
omeprazole is the first PPI developed. However, as it is synthesized, it has two isoforms. one is not useable by human body. So taking a 10mg is like having only 5mg.
this was then discovered and launched the second version, esomeprazole, where the impurity is removed. Nevertheless, as everyone has different metabolic rate on different kind of PPI, you can certainly try out other PPI and see how which work best.
