that's not accurate.
ulcer is like a trauma. just like sometimes you get mouth ulcer. It can be painful.
the physiology of how reflux happened is not completely understood.
perhaps the stomach is so inflamed, an acid reflux is triggered.
perhaps the esophagus splinter is damaged, so the acid is not properly cut off from the stomach

Im belching 30/40 times like 3 times a day. I cant imagine waiting a month to finish ppi and then get off ppi for 2 weeks to get tested again. A nsaid ulcer could cause this? Sorry - Im way frustrated.

ulcer is the same.
it doesnt matter if it's from HP or from NSAIDs.
they both lead to the depletion of the mucous and the acid burnt the stomach lining.
