Thank you, I will speak with my doctor and retest.

I've had 2 different breath tests and I've contacted both labs on ranges. They keep telling me they don't have ranges that its just positive and negative. Is there some other way I can ask?

I also noticed in my endoscopy write up there was low amount of stomach acid (4 days into omeprazole). Not the acidity level but the amount of acid in the stomach. Is that a result from ppi?

agree that some diagnostic lab, they want to make it so simple that no one can make mistake, the machine is designed to spit out only positive or negative. We are actually against that kind of practice.

If you are on PPI, then the measurement of acid level or acidity is inaccurate.
The PPI doesnt 100% inhibit secretion of acid. Normally people who takes PPI will still have around pH 4-5 acidity in the stomach. Compare to pH 1-2 without PPI.

Can heart problems cause stomach problems?
Stomach pain and other gastrointestinal issues can indicate a heart condition like heart disease (i.e., cardiovascular disease). Typically, these gastrointestinal symptoms occur because the heart is having difficulty pumping blood throughout the body.

i dont think heart problem can cause stomach problem.

However, if you want to prevent acid reflux, you should sleep on your left. but, some people said that's giving your heart more pressure.
if you sleep on your right, which is probably good for your heart, but bad for your reflux.
