I think it's the opposite of what you have read. H. pylori can lead to anemia. after eradicating H. pylori, your iron level would be back to normal and your body would have enough iron for blood making.

I have been reading here and there and some places have mentioned that HP can lead to anemia after treatment. One thing that scares me is that anemia is also one of the symptoms for cancer. I have days that I feel fine can do everything like I normally do, other days I feel extremely exhausted.
Hi manni0770
I know how you feel i was also told i was neg of hpylori after treatment ,but turned out i wasnt. like you it went on for a year ,and the crazy symptoms had me thinking i had cancer etc ,because i didnt believe a tiny bug could make me so seriously ill for such a long time neck pain chest pain no appetite, migraine aniexty ( which i never had before) i lost over 2 stone and was skin and bone after becoming so ill i was hospitalised and tube fed i was that sick 😣 after another breathe test and stool test it came back positive and within 8 days of 14 day treatment i was starting to feel human again 😊 its now been 3 months since last treatment and i feel great also get your b12 levels checked mine were very low and after a couple of b12 injections my energy came back 😊 think positive as stressing about cancer will make you feel worse trust me this little bug is a nasty devil and make you think your dying 😕 best of luck to you in your breathe test and hoping you eradicate it and return to normal x
