Follow the guideline. after treatment, do another test to find out if you still have H. pylori.

Onemore thing feel like indigestion my stool hav no shape and look like very soft

Is these symptoms are the side effects of antibiotics?
Is it normal or any serious issue?
Tottaly upset...full of depression
Even I feel these pin pains sometime but I had this before starting antibiotics and even after completing it...

I am afraid i cannot comment on your pain experience. There are many types of pain being reported associated with H. pylori. I think it's best to wait till H. pylori is eradicated, then we'll know if the pain is because of it.
